DELIVERY & RETURNS

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email containing a confirmation indicating the payment and an acknowledgment receipt confirming your order. The delivery of the ordered products will be made to the shipping address you have provided. To ensure successful execution of the order, in accordance with Article 1316-1 of the Civil Code, you commit to providing truthful identification information. We reserve the right to refuse any order on legitimate grounds, especially in case of abnormal request or one made in bad faith.

Delivery

Our fast and secure delivery service ensures a hassle-free shopping experience from the moment of the order to the reception of your package. Delivery times are usually between 3 and 5 working days.

In case of shipment or delivery delays, you can contact us via the contact page of our site or directly at contact@froggymouth.com so that we can intervene quickly. If the delay allows the Customer to resolve the contract under the terms of Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code, the refund of the products and the "outbound" costs will be made in accordance with Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code, if the product has not yet been shipped.

We remind that the responsibility for the products transfers to the Customer upon their receipt. It is important to notify the carrier of any reservations about the delivered product. If a package is damaged, it can be refused, and we will be notified to resend the order.

Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories and packaging.

Returns are at the expense of the buyer if the decision to return a product does not result from an error on our part. To arrange a return, please contact us at contact@froggymouth.com with your order number and the details of the item to be returned. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.

The refund, after receipt and inspection of the return, will be processed within 48 to 72 hours using the original payment method, unless otherwise advised.
